Gyaru Summer Project

Recently I've been very attracted to gyaru style :D. My friend is a very respectful Gyaru,(herblog) and she asked me if I want to try it out. Being gyaru is quite expensive, so she came up with the idea of 'Gyaru summer project' over the course of summer I will try out different styles or keep to the one I like. With her help, I'll be able to create some the looks. Mainly we're aiming at hair, make-up and nails. She is a very skilled Gayru and with her help I'll try my best to get as close to the look as possible. :D I will update our looks :D Yeeey for my crappy banner :D

Kanon Wakashima >.< She was soo amazing and pretty. Her voice is so gentle. She was wearing a white lolita dress, i assume it's branded, a black petticoat (i looked A_A), a hip long white wig, gloves and a small white hat with a vail. :D

Dengeki Daisy

This is a manga that I fell in love ages ago enjoy :D

It is called Dengeki Daisy by Kyousuke Motomi. This manga is great for fans of Shoujo and Romance. Of course it has a of funny moments. Currently scanned by ochibchan. Here is a summery from MangaReader:

“No matter what happens, I’ll protect you.” Teru, who lost her only remaining relative, her older brother, is cheered on by a mail from an enigmatic person, DAISY, who she can contact via the cellphone her brother gave her. One day, through an unexpected incident, Teru ends up working as a servant for the delinquent school janitor, Kurosaki. But this scoundrel, Kurosaki is really…!?

Before her brother died he gave a cell phone and said he's going to give Teru a friend called DAISY to keep her company. After his death she was left alone. Teru's feelings toward Daisy are like toward brother, as Daisy is always protects her from the shadows and encourages her through messages. He also helps her with problems she meets. However their relationship never went beyond messages.

Teru is often bullied at her school, but she never gives up. She is an Honoured Student who always scores 1st in the tests. Whenever she's concentrating hard or learning she gets a nosebleed :D At the beginning of manga she is bullied by the student council, she is saved by a rain of tennis balls. As she tries to return one of them she breaks a school window. This accident leads to Teru meeting the the school janitor, Kurosaki Tasuku who demands Teru to pay for the damaged window, however when he hears Teru is poor and unable to pay, he makes her his 'slave' and getting her to do his janitor duties in school. As the story progresses Teru's negative feeling towards Kurosaki change into more romantic. As her feeling grow she stars to suspect Kuroskai of being DAISY.

He is the mean and handsome janitor who works in Teru's school. He is also a computer hacker; quite a good one to ;)
He is a heavy smoker, drinks a lot of beer, a pervert (hinted as one in few chapters), he's violent and calls Teru his servant. He doesn't show his emotion well to the other people, but we as readers can see his emotions quite clearly. He likes to eat. Although he's an excellent cook he usually commands Teru to cook for him. When he gets angry he is very scary. He is portrayed as a god for nothing and lazy. Beneath that we see that he deeply cares for Teru. 

This manga is one of few that i really fell in love in, it had its funny moments, romantic moments, serious moments, scary moments and tesnse moments. The plot is well though and the art is beautifully drawn. Thanks to the brilliant scanlation group the online quality of this manga is brilliant and fun to read (thank you!). I really recommend this manga to anyone!

 I really hope you find interest in this manga it really is a lovely story!

EDIT Glimmer Blue Contact Lenses Review

Few month ago I ordered EDIT blue lenses form Body Jewellery Shop (here is a link to their website    http://www.bodyjewelleryshop.com/), they have a lot of accessories like: different types of jewelry, body piercing, contact lenses and more. Few minutes after ordering the lenses i received an e-mail with conformation of purchase. Few days later (3-5 days) I received the lenses. The shipping is free to UK&International if you spend over £10. Or if you buying a really heavy thing then that changes :D.  That is very convenient because there lenses cost £12.99 :P 

When i received the lenses they were in a small
 box like this                


Inside the were two little bottles with lenses in them, you have to be really careful when taking them out. NOTE: you do NOT get a free lens case or solution with purchase of these lenses! 


The color of these lenses is very bright and I would say it would cover up even dark eyes. I have green eyes and it covered up the green completely. They don't look natural with no make-up. The first time i got them I thought they looked freaky in my eye and so did I. Then I added some make-up and it looked better :) 
I would strongly recommend wearing make-up with these. 

This is how the contact looks in the eye with flash. As you can see it is very bright. If you look closely you can see the pattern of the lens, unfortunately i couldn't take a picture of the lens by itself because of my crap camera :D Anyways the pattern is squiggly blue lines going into the middle. This allows some of your natural color show through :) 


COMFORT : 7/10 
It took my eyes quite a while to get used to these lenses :'(, they were very uncomfortable at the beginning, they kept moving every time I blinked, I was aware of them the whole time I had them in. After few times of wearing them (and I mean few hours not minutes) they finally settled and stopped moving but I was still aware of them. While wearing them my vision was a bit blurred and I could see the blue, but I got used to it after a while :L  The good side of this was they didn't irritate my eyes- they didn't hurt or water all the time or at all. 


DESIGN : 8/10
The design was very interesting, from far away it looked like it covered the whole eye, but close up it did show some of the natural color of my eye. Personally I think the color was too bright and sometimes I looked freaky wearing them -_-' 


OVERALL : 8/10
Overall I was happy with them and the only downs of these lenses was the discomfort and brightness of the color. Also the thing that disappointed me a bit was that there wasn't a case to go with the lenses. I wouldn't recommend these lenses to people who look for a very natural look, but I would recommend it to people who aren't afraid of bright colors <--- doesn't make sense, but you know what I mean :D NOTE: They are for 90 wears not days !

Before I finish 2 more pictures of the whole face with the lenses :D They were both taken in morning light ;D You can see how the make-up makes it look better and less freaky ;)

Cute Bento ^^

Since my exams are over, I have been quite bored as there isn't any homework :L. On top of that my mum is never home because of her work, that means I have to cook my own dinner (not that i actually care). Usually I can't be bothered to do any, I just eat whatever's in the fridge >.<... to lazy.
Since I have so much time I decided to use a Japanese cooking book I got for my birthday to make a bento. I was really hungry and I didn't really mind the presentation of it.

The food in the container is 

Bottom: steamed rice

Top: Soboro (minced pork and egg) 

I added teriyaki sauce to the mince meat to add more flavor. The egg is like scrambled version of Tamagoyaki. 

The little rice balls are filled with pickled cucumber (because I'm Polish I have it in my house :D )

The rice is steamed and shaped into balls. 

To make the face I cut out a triangle out of carrot and used chocolate sprinkles for eyes ^^
